Dr. Paul Linehan established Secure Knowledge Consulting, LLC in 2020 after nearly four decades of exemplary and professional experience in federal government service devoted to a range of international executive business, defense, and national security affairs.

SKC retains a group of former senior U.S. Government leading security subject matter experts in all security programs to include international, information, physical, personnel, industrial, and cyber security programs; security agreements; security certification of defense systems, weapons, equipment programs, and facilities processing classified information; certification of foreign industrial security programs and manufacturing facilities; export controls; foreign investment in the U.S.; foreign ownership control and influence, leadership and management; USG interagency coordination; public-private partnerships; partnership capacity; and national disclosure policy.
